The creatures of pure headache have large throbbing heads with huge veins. Zim trained with a headache creature named Throbulator on Hobo 13. Throbulator lasted through the entire training process until Zim used him as a club to bust down the door to the Fortress of Pain. With his head bashed in, Throbulator was sent to the Holding Pen of Pain. Another Creature of Pure Headache was seen in Shloogorgh's on Foodcourtia. This headache creature has three antennae on its head, while Throbulator had none.
