Mongo is Billy Slunchy's brother. His dad, Ted, is a reporter. On Parent Teacher Night, Zim's robo-mom attacked Mongo's mom by poking her violently. Mongo Slunchy appeared in Zim's class in Germs for a quick scene. He later reappeared in the class in Door to Door, hanging from the ceiling and stacking cards on Dib's desk to represent society.
