Title: The Convention Hall Planet

Previous Inhabitants: Unknown, possibly the Conventia Announcer's species (if he isn't an Irken)

Once an ordinary planet, Conventia was conquered by the Irken Empire and converted into a convention hall planet. The Great Assigning of Operation Impeding Doom II took place in the Conventia Convention Hall. Conventia has a huge docking ring built around the planet for easy access of large groups attending conventions. They simply dock their ship at the ring and tubes from the docking ring lock onto their ship. Those in the ship are converted into energy and projected onto the surface. On the surface, the energy is beamed into a receptor that reverts the energy back into a life form. The Convention Hall is decorated by a red robot that gives announcements and the planet has view screens everywhere that transmit instructions and announcements from the Conventia Announcer (who might be an example of the former inhabitants of the planet).
