A Saucer Moron who prophesized the coming of Zim. Frank is actually a cameo of the real life Frank Conniff who has written for Zim and was the head writer for Mystery Science Theater 3000. He appeared again in Door to Door, sipping on a cup of coffee right before the fund raising children invaded. Frank also got stomped on by Ultra-Peepi after being hypnotized by his cute toes.

Zim created a robot made to look like Dib from the not-so distant future in order to get past PEG's security. The robot looks like a beaten up version of Dib. Zim planted it in Dib's room, tricking Dib into going into a warehouse where he was captured while using the Future Dib to walk past the security.
