Mall Santa

Zim has GIR sit on a mall Santa's lap and ask for things late into the night. Zim then captures this Santa and takes him to his lab where the mall Santa reveals that they are just Santa's helpers and that everyone awaits the return of the real Santa. Zim drains his knowledge of Santa data.

Tak has a custom SIR unit (probably built from pieces of actual SIRs she obtained during janitorial work on planet Dirt) named MiMi. MiMi has a large claw hand used for destruction. While on Earth, MiMi goes disguised as a cat. She is very agile in this state. Gaz obtains MiMi's SIR memory disk which is used to find out Tak's plan. GIR is later hooked up to the disk so he can operate MiMi remotely, causing MiMi to act crazy and wreck Tak's ship while she is in space.

MiniMoose

Zim's new assistant intended to be the ultimate in sidekick technology, MiniMoose is full of high tech devices including a Vortian Doomsday device hidden in his Nubs of Doom. MiniMoose cannot speak; instead he lets out the occasional squeak. He mostly just hovers around, but he can be quite useful sometimes. He would have been a permanent addition to the cast if Zim wasn't cancelled, but now he is only in the episode: The Most Horrible X-Mas Ever.

Missile Guy

This soldier who commands a tank is known only as Missile Guy. He attempts to give the order to fire at Ultra-Peepi when Ultra-Peepi's cuteness stops him. He later orders Dib to be put in a crazy bucket.

A chunky man, the mission director leads NASAPLACE. Dib bothers him often, but he doesn't listen. He sips a cup of coffee sloppily, getting it all over the place.

Monkey

When Dib hacked into the robot Dib, Zim used a monkey as a defense. It was put in the cage with Dib and prevented him from pressing the key on his laptop that would allow Dib to break into robot Dib's vocal circuits. Dib eventually tricked the monkey and pressed the key, angering the monkey. The monkey then beat up Dib. The monkey was later seen picking lice off of Rob's head and eating them while the skool was delousing.

Moofy

A member of the Girly Rangers, Moofy attempted to sell some cookies to Zim but got her foot trapped in a robot gopher hole. The media came to cover the event and Moofy enjoyed the attention. Zim attempted to use the situation to his advantage by talking PresidentMan into letting him use a machine that would shake Moofy free- but destroy the Earth as well. Dib turned the tables by making a deal with PresidentMan to get him to use a digging machine instead, which would likely expose Zim's base. Zim took matters into his own hands by simply yanking Moofy free.

Moose

This large moose lives in a perfectly white room with nothing else in it. The moose can eat walnuts with a vengeance. Zim sends a bus full of students into a wormhole headed for the room with the moose.

Dib and Mr. Dwicky lure Zim into the forest by sending him a Plookesian signal and offering him super weapons. In the middle of their encounter, two real Plookesians named Mooshy and Spoopty come, having also recieved the signal. They give Zim super weapons, take Mr. Dwicky with them, and leave Dib with nothing.

Morla

A demon who visits Earth every thousand years, Mortos happens to come to a graveyard in Dib's city. Dib hires Mortos to steal Zim's soul. Mortos agrees, but spends most of his time recharging his spooky powers. After wasting his powers on turning carnival rides into monsters and giving Da' Cone a spooky ice cream, Mortos leaves having given Dib nothing but trouble.

Mr. Busman

Mr. Busman is another minor character whose name fits his occupation. He screams in terror at the sight of Dibship, who tips the bus trying to enter.

Mr. Dwicky

The new skool councilor, Mr. Dwicky tells Dib that he believes him about Zim and agrees to help. He teams up with Dib in a plot to lure Zim into the forest using a fake Plookesian signal. While waiting for Zim, Dwicky reveals that he doesn't actually believe Dib but wanted to help in order to figure out Dib's problems. Zim finally arrives and Dwicky's world is turned upside down. More real Plookesians arrive named Mooshy and Spoopty and offer to take Mr. Dwicky with them. He goes, accidentally taking the camera used to film Zim with him.

Mr. Elliot

The host of Dib's favorite show, Mysterious Mysteries. He refused to use any of Dib's submissions due to a mysterious run-in with Dib in the past resulting in a scar. The anchor locked Dib's many submissions away in a room entitled 'the Dib Archives' until the show was running low on content and he was forced to use a tape of Zim that Dib recorded.
